About Us

The Fintech Power 50 is an annual guide to the most influential, innovative and powerful figures in the fintech industry.  It acts as a much-needed reminder of all the great things we are achieving in the world of financial technology, and shines a spotlight on those who are transforming financial services for the better.

Now in its sixth year, inclusion in the prestigious Fintech Power 50 list not only showcases the most exciting companies and informed individuals in the industry, but also offers members access to The Fintech Power 50’s trusted network.

We put together an extensive 12-month programme which includes content support in from of a monthly webinar and podcast, video interviews, editorial content in The Fintech Times newspaper, PR support, networking events, exclusive C-suite dinners and matchmaking opportunities.

We also travel the world supporting members at industry events, making sure the annual publication is seen by key decision-makers.

In 2024, The Fintech Power 50 included some of the biggest hitters in the global financial services industry, such as Dr Ruth Wandhöfer, a leading expert on banking regulatory and innovation matters, Jim Marous, the globally recognised financial industry strategist and Theo Lau, book author, public speaker and advisor.

Brilliant international businesses honoured on the list included Moneyhub, Paymob, ClearScore, Jumio – to remind yourself of this year’s Fintech Power 50 cohort at: www.thepower50.com/fintech/current-members.

We look at fintech companies from around the world, across a multitude of specialisms. Our goal is to recognise the game changers, movers, and shakers who are really making a difference to our industry. Being part of the Fintech Power 50 is not an award, it is a great recommendation tool and a testament to the work you or your company is doing to help the sector innovate and grow.
