Serrala, a global financial automation and B2B payments software company, announced the appointment of Floris van Heijst as Chief Sales Officer, effective May 17, 2021. Floris van Heijst serves on the Executive Board of Serrala and will lead the sales organization across regions and channels, providing leadership, direction, and executive vision for Serrala’s global expansion in a dynamically growing market environment.

Having spent his entire career selling software and cloud services, Floris helped organizations to combine both innovative technology and data to achieve their biggest goals. He worked at Microsoft for 12 years, as the COO in India and Switzerland and as a General Manager in Germany, responsible for selling cloud and software solutions to the largest customer segment, both direct as well as together with the commercial partner channels.
Previous roles include Country Manager for Peoplesoft as well as Country Manager at Sybase (now SAP) in Switzerland, and Sales Manager in Germany and the Netherlands. He joins Serrala from LEANmade, a Swiss-based company providing Compliance-as-a-Service.
