Guilherme Mota, SalaryFits India Head of Operations, was nominated as executive member of the HR & IR and Startups & Entrepreneurship Committees of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for FY 2018-19.
The nominations are important not only for allowing SalaryFits to interact with main stakeholders in the market, but also getting closer on discussions with Indian Government about the innovations and goals in the HR and Entrepreneurship/Startups aspects of the country.
With over 9,000 members, CII is the India’s most prestigious non-governmental institution, led and managed by the industry, working towards government on policy issues as a catalyst for changes in the country’s economic reforms.
