In scope of its growth strategy, Serrala is constantly developing new markets. In June 2019, the company opened a Center of Excellence in Pune, India. The office will offer solutions and services in the fields of Managed Automation, global support and development.
Recently, Serrala introduced the comprehensive cloud offering Serrala Alevate. Since fall 2019, Serrala Alevate AP complements the solution suite. The easy-to-integrate ERP-agnostic solution for managing the capture, validation and processing of vendor invoices allows users to benefit from a 100 percent digitized invoice process.

In spring 2019, Deutsche Bank and Serrala launched the first API interface for SEPA instant payments in the market. The joint initiative is an important first step facilitating real-time treasury and allowing payments to be processed 24/7/365 within less than ten seconds.

Serrala further extended its solution offering in 2019 with its Managed Automation services. Customers benefit from distinctive services through software-based intelligent automation enhanced with specialized skills. The Managed Automation offering comprises Payments as a Service, Payables as a Service, Receivables as a Service and Archiving as a Service.
